Very professional and accommodating even though I had to change the appointment once or twice due to a conflict in my schedule. They were very prompt and knowledgeable during the call.
Was visited by technician Wil within 20 minutes of my appointment. The rest of the time flew by even though he was here troubleshooting for over 2 hours. He stepped through everything as he was diagnosing the problem with my ductless unit. I know more about ductless units now than before Wil's visit! Would highly recommend!
Every step during his troubleshooting was explained in detail using terminology that was easily understood by laymen like myself. I wasn't sure if Wil was servicing my machine or apprenticing me! Very satisfied with Wil's explanations.
