I will start by stating that I am an extremely critical customer. I would notice any imperfections left by contractors and other services that others may not notice. Even with that critical eye, Richair is one of the best professional service I have come across.
They were impressive in the way that they kept up with my phone calls with timely response, professional response at every level of interaction and their honesty in the pros and the cons of each option. They run their business in a highly respectable manner and should be the Gold Standard to which all businesses should strive to operate.
