I have nothing but great things to say about Richair. From the moment I made the service appointment with Amanda who was very polite and helpful to the technician Shamil, who was able to fix my boiler in under three hours when two other companies took days to try and diagnose and fix but ultimately failed and gave up on.

Shamil took the time to explain to me what the issues were and when possible showed me the parts that were corroded and why they needed to be replaced. He also explained an issue that he sees forming and will need to be addressed in the near future and offered up solutions for how to make it a less expensive repair.

Richair clearly knows what they are doing when it comes to customer service as well as mechanical repair. After several experiences with naysayers who just wanted to sell me a brand new unit instead of rolling up their sleeves and fixing the issues I am incredibly happy to have finally found a company of very competent people who I can trust and who are extremely considerate and go above and beyond others.
