Amanda, was great with scheduling, very accommodating, and was able to give me a quote over the phone, which others were not willing or able to provide.
Service technicians Paul and Julian were fantastic. They were exactly on time (if not even a little early) and were kind, knowledgeable, and honest. Their work was nothing short of magical. They saved me around $1500 (based on a misdiagnosis I'd received from another company), and were the first technicians who didn't ask me for my copy of manufacturer's manual to do the repairs. It's evident that they really know what they're doing. They took less than 1/2 hour for the whole thing. Again, much quicker and more efficient than any previous experience with other companies.
Technician's explanation of the problem was incredible. They did not condescend, and made it clear what had happened in a way that I felt empowered to troubleshoot in the future. They were also able to quell my lingering concerns about future problems, concerns which I now recognize are rooted in misinformation from previous plumbers who may not have understood the equipment.
