Customer care was very helpful with my call and the time was very good. The appointment was scheduled at my convenience which made it very comfortable for my family.
The technician arrived promptly on time. He was more than attentive and his ability for the service he had to perform was excellent. He did his job in very reasonable time as my appointment was late in the afternoon and did not interfere with my family .
